What kind of compensation is there for receiving a defective product?


If you have any problems with the products you have received or are simply dissatisfied with our service,
our support staff is standing by to help resolve any issues you may have.

Before you contact us, please check our FAQ that are relevant to the problem you are currently have.

- My lenses are blurry, uncomfortable - My lenses burn
- My lenses move around a lot (Preparing)
- The lenses I received were ripped/scratched/dried
- I received a different product/color/power than the one I ordered (Preparing)
- The colors on both sides of the lens are different (Preparing)

Please email our support staff, support@colorcl.com with subject 'Product Issue'.

We can help you faster if you send us a photo of the defective product(s) along with a photo of the blister label(s)

*** Please do not dispose of products such as contact lenses and blister labels until the problem is solved by COLORCL.
