I checked out as a guest or faxed/mailed in my order. How can I return a product or see if it has shipped?


If you completed your online purchase and checked out as a guest, you can still log into your account to see your order history, track current orders, return products, and more. Click the My Accounts link at the top of our website. Enter the email address you used when you placed your order in the User Name field. Then click the Forgot My Password link to receive an email link to reset your password. It is important that you enter the same email address the you used when you placed your order. Otherwise, you will not see your order information. If your email address has changed, or you faxed/mailed in your order (without first placing it online) please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
