Why is there a "Batteries not required. On/Off switch disabled" sticker on my switch?

We have two Switch It Up! Switch models, one with vibration and one without. Β The Switch It Up! vibrating model, requires batteries and uses the on/off switch Β (located on the bottom of the Switch It Up!) to turn on/off the vibration feature. For the Switch It Up! non-vibrating model, the on/off switch has no function and batteries are not required. The non-vibrating model should have a "Batteries not required. On/Off switch disabled" sticker on the bottom reminding you that batteries are not required and the On/Off switch is non-functioning.
