General Return Policy


No refunds are available on personalized items.

Please inspect goods IMMEDIATELY. Any defects or damages must be reported within 7 business days of delivery date. No exceptions.

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on any defective or damaged merchandise. Any merchandise found to have a defect will be replaced with the same product unless a refund is requested.

No refunds will be given for damaged items. Instead we will replace the damaged item with free Ground Shipping. If customer needs item by a specific date, we will do our best to accommodate via our processing time, but please note that if expedited shipping is requested and was not originally selected, we are not required to upgrade the shipping.
