Will I receive my order by my deadline?


All production timelines are given on each product page below the "Personalize & Add to Cart" button with the estimated date that it will take to ship out. These estimates are not delivery dates, only the dates to ship out from our warehouse.

You will need to allow enough time for shipping on top of the normal production period. It is your responsibility to ensure you are ordering with enough time in advance to receive your shipment. It is recommended to order at least 2-3 weeks ahead of any event.

Event Deadlines

We do not cancel orders due to a customer ordering too close to their deadline. We do not guarantee that we will meet your deadline or provide refunds or cancellations if your deadline is missed but we will use any supplied information about your deadline to help us communicate with you if any additional shipping upgrades are needed.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday. All packages are sent through USPS, UPS, SF Express, FedEx, DHL, or Spee Dee Delivery Service.
