Back-IT 365 subscriptions are flexible and transparant. Subscriptions are linked to the amount of users each Office 365 tentant/organization holds. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and hold a cancellation period of 1 month.
You can start off a subscription by adding an Office 365 tenant/organization through the Back-IT 365 portal. Next you will need to create a backup job. Once the backup job has finished you can see the amount of licenses/users each Office 365 tenant/organization holds by navigating to 'Organizations' > 'List Organizations'.
All users associated with the backup jobs will be billed at the beginning of the next month.
Example:
01-06-2019: 190 users
10-06-2019: 195 users < the highest amount of active users of each month will be billed
30-06-2019: 192 users
You will be charged for 195 users at your next invoice.
Invoices will be automatically sent at the start of each month and can be payed with multiple options including iDeal.
