Backup job warnings


Backup Job warnings explained

You can find you backup job status in the "List Jobs" menu. A warning doesn't mean that the backup job failed. It means that there are one or more items that could not be taken into backup. Click on the backup job > and expand the warning details by clicking on "warning".

Here you can find more information about the cause of the warning. In most cases the warning is caused by:

  1. A user without a license.
  2. A SharePoint or OneDrive item that is protected by the user.
