Lashify started working with the Identity Pixel team with two key goals in mind:

Most eCom brands know who their customers are in theory but are unable to effectively segment their customer base. As a result, they send out non-personalized one-size-fits-all messaging that doesn't speak to each of their customers in a personal way. As a fast-growing brand, it is very difficult to handle high live chat volume with a lean support team. It nearly made us go mad! Live chat is a good tool, but for us, live chat without smart automation and a massive support team was a recipe for disaster. Identity Pixel: A Major Win For Lashify!
As an initial test, the Identity Pixel was rolled out for a small percentage of total site traffic, the goal being to collect sufficient data to audit within Klaviyo.
After a few weeks, we took a closer look at the numbers within Klaviyo.
Deliverability remained strong, there were no spam issues, and emails converted like wildfire.
As it relates to brand reputation, as per Sahara Lotti, CEO of Lashify:

Just like that, Lashify began capturing a significant volume of otherwise entirely anonymous high-intent, engaged site visitors, quickly growing their first-party owned audience, and dramatically growing their abandonment revenue.
Additionally, with the Identity Pixel, not only was Lashify able to email entirely net-new emails that weren't previously in their Klaviyo account (but were opted into the Identity Pixel's already-opted-in shopper network and identified when visiting Lashify's website)...
...but they were also able to leverage the Identity Pixel's Cross-Device ID tech to better identify their existing email subscribers cross-device and non-logged-in. This alone enable them to double the number of abandonment emails sent just to existing email subscribers.
Within the first 4 weeks of going live, the Identity Pixel added over $240k of net-new incremental revenue, 100,000+ engaged new emails, and became Lashify’s #1 source of new revenue within Klaviyo.

Within four weeks, we drove around $240k of incremental new revenue and added over 100,000 warm emails to our email list, which is crazy in such a short period of time.
