You have 30 days to return purchased items. Most items can be returned. A Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number must be obtained from The Water Filter eStore within 30 days of the invoice date before any returns can be shipped. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Manufacturers warranty applies to all products, please contact the manufacturer directly for warranty claims after 30 days from purchase date. Returns on defective items determined to be in warranty will be replaced or repaired, and will be returned to the purchaser prepaid by surface freight.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a copy of your receipt.
