We work closely with our couriers to do everything we can to get your parcel to you on the day specified. Sometimes this isn't possible and here's what you need to do if you think your parcel has not been delivered:
- Double check your delivery address on your order confirmation
- Double check the requested delivery dayΒ on your order confirmation
- Check any delivery instructions you specified in the order
- Check whether you have received an attempt to deliver
- Check with your neighbors
