Purchase Orders

Purchase Orders:  Purchase orders are welcome at PDF Band Music.  This is a fast and convenient method for music directors to receive our great music.  

Purchase Orders from the United States:
Choose your music and add to the cart.  At Checkout select the Purchase Order option.  In comment box enter:
School Name
School Address
Name and email address of the school bookkeeper
PO Number
We will contact the bookkeeper and handle all paperwork.  Once we verify the PO with the bookkeeper we will send you a download link to the order.  This entire process can be completed in as little as 2 hours.

Purchase Orders from the outside the United States:
Choose your music and add to the cart.  At Checkout select the Purchase Order option.  In comment box enter:
School Name
School Address
Name and email address of the school bookkeeper
PO Number
We will contact the bookkeeper and handle all paperwork.  Once we verify the PO with the bookkeeper we will send you a download link to the order.
Outside the United States orders must be paid using PayPal.  PayPal accepts all major credit cards.
