Here the terms and conditions which will protect your rights benefits

Wherever we have mentioned "you" it means another brand, Institute, classes, person or another entity then tradeniti.

  1. You have to place a permanent a BORD outside of your Institute mentioning that you and tradeniti have collaborated, have a joint venture, in Association with or you have a franchise of tradeniti. Whichever you have.
  2. You have to call to call existing leads and all upcoming leads provided by tradeniti as tradeniti.
  3. You have to pay the referral fees every Monday, without delay and excuse.
  4. Certificates can be given by tradeniti to all students completed the course from your end.
  5. Every tradeniti student must have to get a user id and password from tradeniti.
  6. You have to inform the tradeniti for the direct walk in Leeds for tradeniti.
  7. Tradeniti will not and will never contact to your students in any concerns.
  8. Tradeniti have a right to visit your Institute and to SMS the existing students to get a feedback about their experience in your classes.
  9. Tradeniti have a right to send SMS to existing leads for promotional activities.
  10. A student referred by a tradeniti student is also counted as a tradeniti student. But tradeniti will get only 50 % referral fees from that student's fees.
  11. An agreement is done for a minimum one year. From the date of registration.
  12. Tradeniti will not mention ventures address logo or anything on the official website.
  13. All leads will be filtered by tradeniti and will be provided to the venture.
  14. A member of tradeniti can randomly visit your Institute to check the quality of your teaching. And also can schedule a meeting with a client at your Institute with a prior notification.
  15. You cannot publish anywhere that you have a collaboration with tradeniti. If you do so then all the inquiries and leads generated by that promotional activity and the students interested in tradeniti will be count as tradeniti students. And you have to pay a referral fee per student as applicable.

 Benefits provided by tradeniti to venture.

  1. We will create a web page to enhance your visibility in the City as tradeniti Ventures to get unique inquiries for your location.
  2. We can use your logo, website URL, mobile number, brochure and promotional material In our promotional activity
  3. Minimum 30 filtered & real leads will be provided by tradeniti every month.
  4. The existing conversion ratio of tradeniti is more than 25 %
  5. Tradeniti will not and will never affect or interrupt in your current business and the brand.
  6. All student reviews will be mentioned on your website, Just Dial page or on a Google business page.
  7. You will get 24/7 support from our end for any kind of inquiry, question, doubt or anything
  8. You can invite us for a guest lecture or for a guest class for that you have to inform before 15 days.
  9. You will get a unique tradeniti email ID on where you will receive all the inquiries. (optional)
  10. You can suggest it improvements, changes, and todos in written format by mail.
  11. All online course inquiries will be handled/fulfilled by tradeniti.
  12. You have a right to mention your upcoming batches on a live page of Tradeniti scheduled page
